Rosita Lau is a partner of the leading English international
commercial law firm Ince & Co.
She studied law in England and holds a Master of Laws degree of LSE,
University of London (with the Award of a Mark of Merit).
She is qualified to practise in 4 jurisdictions: England & Wales,
Hong Kong, Australia ACT and Singapore.
She specialises in dry shipping and logistics law, insurance law,
commercial law, international trade law. She also practises aviation
law. She advises and acts for leading shipowners, shipmanagers,
charterers, P & I Clubs, logistics operators, terminal operators,
insurers, insurance brokers, commodities traders and airport
management authority.
The many awards and accolades she had received include The Lloyd’s
List Asia “Maritime Lawyer of The Year 2016” Award that she obtained
just this month on 20th October 2016; 2010 - one of the Ten Top
Shipping Lawyers of the World (Lloyd’s List); 2010 - one of The 100
Most Influential People in Shipping of the World (Lloyd’s List);
2014 - Best in Shipping Award (Euromoney Legal Media, Business Women
